This position is based out of Uttarakhand, India.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Responsible for sales of Lithium-Ion Batteries to OEMs, e-vehicle manufacturers & dealers
As an individual contributor develop a solid sales funnel to create new business opportunities.
Target and develop new business opportunities in addition to regular business from existing customers
Interact with potential and existing clients to generate new business
Develop a database of potential customers through referrals, queries, cold calling, direct mail, email, and networking to acquire new customers
Maximize profitable volume growth, market share and client preference in the assigned market
Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, and demonstrate high integrity.
Accurate reporting on sales activity and forecasting

Experience & Skills:

Minimum of 3 years to 15 years of relevant experience in B2B direct sales.
A proven track record of effective B2B Sales development especially to the OEMs.
Strong knowledge of Lithium-Ion Batteries and Electric vehicle manufacturing market landscape is required for the job role.
Strong knowledge of Sales processes and techniques. The candidate must be good at relationship building.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
