Job Summary:
Leeford Healthcare is looking for a skilled and creative Photographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in capturing high-quality images of products, events, and lifestyle shots that align with our brand's vision. Additionally, the role will involve basic videography tasks, such as filming and editing short promotional videos to support marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Photography:
Plan, shoot, and edit professional-quality product and lifestyle photos for use across digital platforms, social media, advertisements, and other marketing collateral.
Ensure proper lighting, composition, and consistency in all shoots.
Retouch and edit photographs to maintain brand aesthetics.
Videography (Secondary):
Capture and edit short videos for product launches, events, and promotional campaigns.
Work on visual storytelling to create impactful video content, including social media reels and clips.
Creative Input:
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize visual ideas for campaigns and promotions.
Assist in developing creative briefs and executing them with precision.
Post-Production:
Use editing tools like Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro to enhance photos and videos.
Add basic effects, animations, or transitions to videos as required.
Equipment Management:
Manage all photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, and lighting setups.
Suggest upgrades or new purchases to improve output quality.
Project Coordination:
Coordinate with models, influencers, and team members during shoots.
Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Photography, Visual Arts, Media Production, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in professional photography, with some exposure to videography.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in DSLR cameras, lighting setups, and other photographic equipment.
Proficiency in editing software like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro.
Basic knowledge of videography and motion graphics is a plus.
Creativity: Strong ability to conceptualize and execute unique visual ideas.
Attention to Detail: Eye for composition, framing, and quality enhancement.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Teamwork: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
