HR Coordinator Responsibilities:
Collaborate with recruitment agencies to manage and fulfill hiring needs.
Work closely with department managers to assess staffing requirements and plan recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri.com, and Indeed.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds with hiring managers.
Manage job postings, advertisements, and updates across recruitment platforms.
Maintain recruitment trackers, ensuring timely follow-ups and a smooth onboarding process.
Assist in drafting job descriptions and employment contracts.
Provide support in other HR-related activities as needed.
Requirements and Skills:
Proven experience in recruitment coordination, with 3-4 years of experience using LinkedIn, Naukri.com, and Indeed for hiring.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination between agencies and managers.
Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Familiarity with HR software and recruitment management systems is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
