As a Customer Service Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service standards and ensuring high customer satisfaction.The role involves managing large volumes of incoming emails for E-commerce stores, identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, and building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.Key responsibilities include managing email inboxes, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.You will also be required to keep records of customer interactions, courier claim management within Excel files, following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.In addition, the role requires proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
