Job Title:Cybersecurity Operations Manager - Service DeliveryAs a Cybersecurity Operations Manager - Service Delivery, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day cybersecurity operations across multiple technology domains. Your role will involve ensuring smooth delivery of services, adhering to SLAs, contractual deliverables, and service quality targets.You will collaborate with technology leads and factory model teams across SOC/SIEM, Email Security, IAM, Cloud, and Network Security. You will also manage specialized tools and platforms such as Azure Sentinel, Flare, Cybel Angel, Qualys, Anomali, and MDO.Key responsibilities include conducting daily stand-ups to maintain operational control, visibility, and alignment. You will drive service improvement and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.Act as a trusted advisor to customer leadership, providing recommendations based on best practices and operational insights. Monitor and manage incidents, problems, and change requests within defined scope and timelines.Analyze operational metrics and KPIs, translating data into actionable insights for stakeholders and clients. Ensure timely and accurate reporting aligned with contractual terms and governance standards.Handle escalations effectively, support scope changes, and ensure compliance with audit and governance frameworks.Manage team availability, shift rosters, and performance dashboards, guiding delivery teams to align with customer expectations.Your ProfileMinimum 12 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or delivery role.Strong understanding of cybersecurity operations and service delivery.Ability to interpret operational data and drive performance through storytelling.Certifications (Preferred): CISSP, CISM, ITIL, PMP.Gravitas and influencing skills to engage internal stakeholders and clients effectively.Broad knowledge across cybersecurity domains; deep technical expertise not required.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Work LocationMumbai & Bengaluru
