IT Service Delivery ManagerWe're seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the efficient delivery of IT services across our organization. As an experienced IT service management expert, you'll define and implement strategies, frameworks, and processes that drive operational excellence and align with industry best practices.This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in ITSM frameworks, and the ability to drive transformational change and innovation. You'll lead a team of professionals, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and collaborate with stakeholders to understand service requirements and prioritize initiatives.Responsibilities:Develop and Execute Strategies: Align IT service delivery with business objectives, leveraging industry best practices (e.g., ITIL framework) to optimize operations and drive efficiency.Lead and Manage Teams: Oversee a team of professionals, including Ops Managers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.Establish KPIs and Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and benchmarks to assess ITSM performance and identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with IT leadership, stakeholders, and business units to understand service requirements, prioritize initiatives, and align ITSM activities with business objectives.Implement and Optimize ITSM Tools: Lead the implementation and optimization of ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) to automate workflows, streamline processes, and enhance the end-user experience.Provide Strategic Guidance: Offer strategic recommendations to senior management on ITSM trends, technologies, and industry standards to drive innovation and cost-effective solutions.Manage Vendor Relationships: Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) for third-party service providers supporting ITSM operations.Develop Resource Allocation Plans: Manage resource allocation and staffing plans to support current and future operational needs.Prepare Reports and Presentations: Prepare and present regular reports, analyses, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders on ITSM performance, projects, and initiatives.
