As a tendering specialist, you will be responsible for managing the tender process from opportunity identification to submission coordination and negotiation support.Main Responsibilities:Identify and evaluate tender opportunities through government portals, online platforms, and client communications.Analyse tender documents, scope of work, and client requirements to ensure a thorough understanding of project needs.Prepare and compile all tender documentation (technical, commercial, and financial) in collaboration with relevant departments.Ensure tender submissions comply with all client requirements, company policies, and legal standards.Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., finance, engineering, legal, operations) to gather necessary information for tender preparation.Develop pricing strategies and prepare cost estimates in consultation with management and technical staff.Monitor tender progress, manage clarifications, and ensure timely submission before deadlines.Maintain a database of tender submissions, outcomes, and feedback for continuous improvement.Support post-tender negotiations, clarifications, and contract award processes.
