Job Title: Portfolio Monitoring and Compliance ManagerJob Description: As a Portfolio Monitoring and Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining monitoring systems for investment portfolios across asset classes, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and indenture requirements. You will conduct daily portfolio reviews and reconciliations with trustees and service providers to ensure data integrity.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain monitoring systems for investment portfoliosConduct daily portfolio reviews and reconciliationsTranslate investment guidelines into automated compliance rulesTrack deal and warehouse cash balances, calculate warehouse fundings, and prepare drawdown requestsExecute hypothetical trades to validate indenture compliance and proactively identify potential breachesManage structured product cash flowsIdentify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks across investment strategiesInvestigate and resolve compliance breaches promptlyImplement technology solutions to enhance compliance efficiency and scalabilityDrive continuous improvement in operational processes and controlsPrepare and distribute compliance reports to investors, trustees, boards, and rating agenciesInterpret and code complex investment guidelines and deal documentation for accurate monitoringAct as a key liaison between portfolio managers, trustees, legal counsel, rating agencies, and service providersCollaborate with Portfolio Management, Legal & Compliance, and Operations teams to resolve issuesManage and mentor compliance professionals, fostering a high-performance cultureLead audit preparation and regulatory reviewsMonitor regulatory changes and update compliance programs accordinglyOversee data governance and reconciliation across investment strategiesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in portfolio monitoring and complianceStrong knowledge of financial regulations and lawsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesBenefits:Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for professional growth and developmentCollaborative and dynamic work environmentOther Information: We offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and more.
