We look forward to engaging with your talented students who are eager to make a meaningful impact in the field of human resources.QualificationsSupport end-to-end recruitment and selection processesAssist in onboarding and orientation of new employeesMaintain and update employee records and HRIS databaseCoordinate and support employee engagement activitiesEnsure timely compliance with statutory and company HR policiesAssist with payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance trackingGenerate regular HR reports for management reviewSupport training and development initiativesSkills and KnowledgeBachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field2–5 years of relevant HR experienceStrong interpersonal and communication skillsFamiliarity with HRMS/HRIS toolsAbility to handle confidential information with integrityKnowledge of labor laws and HR compliance is a plusStrong organizational and time-management skillsShould be well-versed in English and Malayalam.
