Key Responsibilities Oversee financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Develop and execute account management strategies, maintaining strong client relationships and driving customer success. Work cross-functionally within the company, acting as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams. Identify new opportunities for business growth, client engagement, and revenue optimization. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, reporting standards, and internal controls. Lead budgeting, risk assessment, and cost management initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Provide financial insights to guide decision-making at both strategic and tactical levels. Conduct client visits and market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and challenges. Who We Are Looking For Mandatory: Certified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong background in finance, account management, or CFO-level responsibilities. Proven experience in financial leadership, strategic planning, and client relationship management. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present actionable insights. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Willingness and ability to travel as required for business meetings and client engagements.
