Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in the Araria district. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing logistics operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include coordinating shipments, handling client inquiries, preparing reports, and working closely with other departments to streamline operations.

Qualifications

  • Client Management and Relationship Building skills
  • Logistics Coordination and Shipment Management experience
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Data Analysis and Report Preparation skills
  • Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking abilities
  • Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Proficiency in relevant software and technology tools
