About our Opportunity:We're looking for an exceptional individual to join our sales team as a Sales and Customer Success Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for renewing contracts with existing customers and upselling our programs to drive growth.Key Responsibilities:Renewal Outreach• Develop personalized communication strategies to engage with customers approaching the end of their subscription cycle.Consultative Selling• Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, showcasing learner progress, and positioning our programs as essential for continued growth.Upsell Opportunities• Identify and pitch relevant upgrades or additional programs that align with the learner's journey.Customer Insights• Gather feedback from customers and relay insights to internal teams to improve offerings and retention strategies.Pipeline Management• Maintain accurate records of renewal status, customer interactions, and performance metrics using CRM tools.Relationship Building• Foster trust and loyalty by delivering exceptional service and demonstrating genuine care for learner outcomes.Requirements:Skills and Qualifications• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Ability to work under pressure.• Proficiency in CRM tools.• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.BenefitsThis role offers a dynamic and supportive environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.Other InformationPlease note that this is an individual contributor role.
