Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated Relationship Development Specialist to join our team on a night shift basis.Create a comprehensive database of prospective clients through thorough online research.Prepare engaging marketing materials and presentations to showcase our products/services.Maintain regular communication with prospective clients to build relationships and explore business opportunities.Ensure seamless communication by maintaining accurate and up-to-date client databases.Liaise between clients and our delivery teams to ensure prompt and efficient service delivery.Manage accounts from initial contact to successful transition to delivery teams.Build rapport with clients through regular phone calls, ensuring their requirements are met and addressing any issues that may arise.Nurture long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.Enhance our online presence through social media management.Candidate Profile:Passionate about sales and driven to achieve targets.Excellent communication skills with a neutral accent.Comfortable interacting with C-level executives.Able to perform under pressure while maintaining composure.Work Details:Location: Koramangala, Bangalore.Work timings: 7:30 pm to 5:30 am (Night Shift).
