Senior Client Acquisition SpecialistWe are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Senior Client Acquisition Specialist to spearhead our growth strategy. The ideal candidate will possess 4-8 years of experience in driving new client acquisition within the US Staffing industry.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, cultivating and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers to sign new clients' contracts for Full-time and/or Contingent workforce solutions and services.Key responsibilities include:Building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline to drive revenue growthCultivating and nurturing relationships with existing clients to expand business opportunitiesCollaborating with marketing activities to generate qualified target opportunities for new clientsThe ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with high integrity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively. They must possess current B2B sales experience via cold-calling and marketing campaigns in the contingent (temp) staffing industry.This is a remote job with flexible working hours from 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST.
