Presales Specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the Information Technology industry. 5-7 years prior Pre-sales/Sales/Sales support experience in a high-tech sales environment with a demonstrated track record of success in driving customer adoption of technology.
Desired Skillset:
Extremely strong Client Management skills
Experience with Software as a Service organization is a must.
Dynamic, confident, logical, multitasks handling attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and used to teamwork.
Excellent understanding of International Pre-Sales process.
Excellent documentation skills and expertise in Microsoft tools such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc

Responsibilities:
Engage as part of a sales team to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
Sales Support:
Assist the Sales team in Qualifying prospective Opportunities and product positioning.
Present solution to the decision-makers and manage the client expectations.
Assist prospective customer to understand the solution details and help them frame the Scope of Work.
Work with the Project / Product teams to close the effort estimates and timelines required to deliver the project.
Work with the technical team to respond to customer's technical and information security queries.
Account Farming (optional/good to have):
Understand and address client's challenges in achieving a smooth digital onboarding journey.
Consult the client to achieve high growth in the number of customers onboarded and pitch the latest Smart Ship Hub offerings to new/ existing customers.
Identify, qualify and nurture cross-sell/ up-sell opportunities and build relationships with client's key decision-makers to understand upcoming opportunities.
Documentation:
Proposal and Scope of Work ownership (Get the SoW/ BRD/ Proposal and MSA, SLA Sign-off).
Assist the Client facing Team in closing legal documents (such as: Service and Support Agreements etc. ).
Frequently update and maintain the repository of latest product documents, case studies, demo videos, templates and track the status of all active opportunities.
Maintain and Update opportunity status in the sales tracker (Odoo).
Maintain Customization and Change Requests (account-wise) in the sales tracker.
Lead Generation:
Identify prospective leads via client references, online enquiries, Social media platform.
Regularly attend maritime events, build relationships and generate leads.
Officially handover the Project after the date of Agreement sign-off.
Provide all signed-off documents to the Project Implementation team and Support team.
Product Feedback:
Update the Product team on client's feedback of the product and any other market insights.
Liaison with the product and sales teams to deliver any new product features for existing / prospective clients.
Educational Qualification:
Technical Bachelor's degree, or equivalent (IT/Engineering)
