Job Title**:Presales (Female with Real Estate experience)**

Location: Bhugaon, Pune

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with prospective clients and understand their requirements, challenges, and pain points related to real estate solutions.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of the real estate market, industry trends, and competitors to position our solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored presentations, proposals, and demonstrations that align with client needs and showcase the value of our offerings.
- Conduct product demonstrations, both in person and remotely, to highlight the key features and benefits of our real estate solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, addressing their specific requirements and concerns.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to client inquiries, RFPs (Request for Proposals), and RFIs (Request for Information).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and development, to gather feedback and enhance the product offering based on market demands.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers in the real estate industry.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Assist in organizing and participating in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our real estate solutions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline).
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a presales or similar role within the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of real estate market dynamics, including trends, regulations, and challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and analyze data to develop impactful sales collateral.
- Strong presentation skills and confidence in delivering engaging and persuasive presentations to potential clients.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and conferences.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
