Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a strong understanding of both the technical and creative aspects of architecture. Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi is required to effectively communicate with a diverse client and team base.
Responsibilities: Lead architectural design projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring quality, timeline, and budget adherence.
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and interdisciplinary teams to understand project requirements and deliver innovative design solutions.
Oversee junior architects and designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and review of design documentation and technical drawings.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Conduct site visits to ensure design specifications are met and resolve any onsite issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Prepare presentations and reports for clients and stakeholders to communicate design progress and project milestones.
Key Skills: Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and familiarity with project management tools.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of local building codes, standards, and regulations.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
6+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.
