Behavioral Intervention Trainer

Roles & Responsibilities:• Understand Skill / Competency framework and leveraging it to for learning curriculum creation, connect learning needs with specific programs/courses• Must have hands on experience in delivering behavioral based interview techniques to managerial group.• Experience in conducting class room assimilation and group activity for managers to choose right talent based on BEI techniques, STAR etc.• Able to develop learning and ready to use/ refer kit for managers.• Deliver internal training modules like Soft Skills, Orientation Programs etc.• Program Management to ensure the planned activities within time & resource defined• Collaborating and influencing stakeholders to see the value of learning engagements, implementation of learning at workplace etc.• Achieve the desired impact/outcome of the all learning initiatives. Analysing various data points to propagated this endeavor.
Desirable profile:A graduate/post graduate. PGDM/MBA in HR would be added advantage with training experience in above mentioned profile for 8 to 12 years
