Job Title: Strategic HR ManagerJob Role Summary:We are seeking a seasoned Human Resource Manager to manage day-to-day HR operations activities for the UK/EMEA region.Key Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of human resources operations such as onboarding, employee engagement, leave and attendance, payroll, offboarding, etc.Develop and implement policies and processes, benefit plans, etc., in alignment with local practices and laws.Ensure compliance to policies and processes within the organization and adherence to local laws/practices.Administer benefits and allowance, payroll data, etc., working closely with employees.Address employee grievances, conflicts, and work towards resolving these issues by maintaining open communication channels.Promote employee engagement through regular events.Maintain accurate reports and dashboards for key areas.Collaborate with management and employees to drive business success.Work with the corporate HR Head and India-based HR operations team to align UK HR policies and processes with the organization.Conduct HR-related audits to ensure compliance.Requirements:Experience in HR operations, preferably in a managerial role.Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.What We Offer:A dynamic and challenging work environment.How to Apply:Please submit your application, including your resume and a cover letter, to us.
