Senior Culinary Operations ManagerJob Summary: The Senior Culinary Operations Manager is a senior-level culinary professional responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our hospitality organization. This individual will lead the team in achieving exceptional quality and consistency in food production, as well as maintain high standards of safety and sanitation.Responsibilities:Directs and coordinates the activities of the culinary staff to ensure seamless execution of menu offerings and high-quality service.Maintains and ensures that Public Health regulations are followed at all times.Conducts workstation spot checks to ensure proper storage and handling of food and supplies.Monitors and manages assigned workstations and tasks to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.Coaches and trains staff members to enhance their skills and performance.Ensures accurate inventory management and ordering of supplies and materials.Reviews and analyzes operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.Develops and implements strategic plans to achieve business objectives and goals.Builds and maintains positive relationships with internal and external partners.Assists in recruiting, hiring, and training new staff members.Qualifications and Requirements:Minimum 8 years of experience in an upscale hotel or restaurant setting, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.Culinary degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Intermediate computer software skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant systems.Possess a good understanding of accounting principles and financial management.High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
