Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership and Management:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers.

• Set clear goals, expectations, and performance standards.

2. Project Planning and Delivery:

• Plan, manage, and oversee engineering projects from conception to completion.

3. Technical Oversight:

• Provide guidance on technical decisions and ensure best practices are followed.

• Collaborate with architects and senior engineers to design and implement scalable solutions.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to integrate into development strategies.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements.

• Translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable tasks.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide status updates and manage expectations.

5. Process Improvement:

• Implement and refine engineering processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

• Promote agile methodologies and tools to optimize team workflow.

• Monitor key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

6. Resource and Budget Management:

• Manage engineering team budgets, including tools, training, and recruitment.

• Forecast resource needs and hire skilled professionals to meet organizational goals.

Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience as a software engineer or technical lead, with 15+ years in a leading role.

Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of relevant technologies, frameworks, and best practices in the engineering

domain.

Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and manage performance.

Project Management: Proficient in tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana, and skilled in managing multiple projects

simultaneously.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
