Strategic Program DevelopmentDesign annual event calendars and program roadmaps for all DGF verticals.Conceptualize new flagship programs, fellowships, and thematic summits (Education, Health, Environment, Culture, Defense).Ensure every event aligns with the Foundation’s mission, branding, and impact goals.2. Conference & Event LeadershipLead end-to-end management of conferences, awards, and global forums—from ideation to on-ground execution.Curate compelling agendas, panels, keynote sessions, and recognition ceremonies.Coordinate with government bodies, ministries, universities, and corporate CSR partners for collaboration and participation.3. Speaker & Partnership ManagementIdentify and engage distinguished speakers, moderators, and thought leaders across sectors.Build long-term strategic partnerships with institutions, associations, and sponsors.Manage MoUs, invitations, logistics, and communications with professionalism.4. Creative & Brand OversightCollaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure premium-quality visuals, digital campaigns, and event branding.Oversee stage design, event flow, video content, and program scripts for cohesive storytelling.5. Operations & Financial ManagementPrepare project budgets, vendor quotations, and sponsorship proposals.Maintain control over P&L, ensuring cost efficiency and accountability.Oversee registration, coordination, and feedback systems to ensure operational excellence.6. Digital & Media IntegrationWork closely with digital teams for pre-event promotion, livestreams, press coverage, and post-event impact reports.Manage press notes, media partnerships, and PR engagement for nationwide visibility.7.
