Role Overview

The Program & Events Manager will lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of all major conferences, summits, and ceremonial programs of DocRoSh Global Foundation.

This is a strategic, leadership-driven role that combines program innovation, stakeholder coordination, event design, and institutional collaboration to ensure every initiative delivers measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Program Development

• Design annual event calendars and program roadmaps for all DGF verticals.
• Conceptualize new flagship programs, fellowships, and thematic summits (Education, Health, Environment, Culture, Defense).
• Ensure every event aligns with the Foundation’s mission, branding, and impact goals.

2. Conference & Event Leadership

• Lead end-to-end management of conferences, awards, and global forums—from ideation to on-ground execution.
• Curate compelling agendas, panels, keynote sessions, and recognition ceremonies.
• Coordinate with government bodies, ministries, universities, and corporate CSR partners for collaboration and participation.

3. Speaker & Partnership Management

• Identify and engage distinguished speakers, moderators, and thought leaders across sectors.
• Build long-term strategic partnerships with institutions, associations, and sponsors.
• Manage MoUs, invitations, logistics, and communications with professionalism.

4. Creative & Brand Oversight

• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure premium-quality visuals, digital campaigns, and event branding.
• Oversee stage design, event flow, video content, and program scripts for cohesive storytelling.

5. Operations & Financial Management

• Prepare project budgets, vendor quotations, and sponsorship proposals.
• Maintain control over P&L, ensuring cost efficiency and accountability.
• Oversee registration, coordination, and feedback systems to ensure operational excellence.

6. Digital & Media Integration

• Work closely with digital teams for pre-event promotion, livestreams, press coverage, and post-event impact reports.
• Manage press notes, media partnerships, and PR engagement for nationwide visibility.

7. Institutional Coordination

• Collaborate with universities, NGOs, and ministries for joint events, MoUs, and collaborative programs.
• Represent DGF in national and international networks and alliances.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5–10 years of experience in conferences, program management, CSR events, or institutional partnerships.
• Proven track record of handling large-scale summits, academic or government-linked events, or award programs.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of branding, stakeholder engagement, and event analytics.
• Proficiency with digital event tools, CRM, budgeting software, and presentation design.
• Creative, organized, and passionate about social impact and global transformation.
