Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly capable Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to strengthen our financial operations and support our rapid expansion.This role will work directly with senior leadership to ensure strong financial governance, optimize performance, and support data-driven decision-making.Lead the full spectrum of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.Develop and maintain robust internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures.Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports with insights and variance analyses.Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, invoicing, and reconciliation activities.Manage financial audits, tax filings, regulatory submissions, and compliance with relevant jurisdictions.Support strategic decision-making through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business case development.Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent qualification preferred.Minimum 5–7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.Strong command of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance.Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel/financial modeling skills.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.BenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation package, remote-friendly working arrangement, and the opportunity to work with a rapidly growing global organization.You will also have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in a collaborative culture with room for growth and leadership development.
