Job Title:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced OKR & Performance Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning, performance management, or a related field.About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Senior OKR Analyst. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our success by developing, implementing, and refining our OKR framework.Responsibilities:Develop and Refine OKRs: Develop and refine company-wide OKRs to ensure strategic alignment and clarity of organizational objectives.Implement and Manage OKR Digital Platform: Implement and manage the OKR digital platform, including end-to-end planning, rollout, training, and ongoing support.Facilitate OKR Planning and Reviews: Facilitate regular OKR planning and reviews sessions, proactively engaging and challenging senior stakeholders to set ambitious and measurable objectives.Provide Training and Coaching: Provide training and coaching to teams and individuals on OKR best practices, emphasizing best practices in OKR formulation, monitoring, and achievement.Monitor OKR Progress: Monitor OKR progress systematically, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership for strategic adjustments.Drive Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement and adoption of the OKR framework through structured governance and process-oriented management.KPI Management: Define, track, and maintain business-critical KPIs across the organization, departments, and at project levels, ensuring relevance and accuracy.Governance and Risk Management: Establish robust KPI governance, including clear ownership, consistent review cadences, and defined escalation processes.Requirements:Minimum 7 Years' Experience: Minimum of 7 years' experience in strategic planning, performance management, or a related field, with a proven track record in implementing OKR and KPI frameworks.Demonstrated Experience: Demonstrated experience in KPI framework design, tracking, and reporting across functions or business units.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret complex data and convert insights into strategic actions.Leadership and Influencing: Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing cross-functional teams.OKR Knowledge: Deep understanding of OKR and KPI principles and best practices, with experience in coaching and training individuals and teams.Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate objectives and outcomes.Education Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, statistics, economics, or a related field. MBA or equivalent master's degree in business administration or economics or statistics preferred.
