Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing developing and implementing custom features and solutions within the Ivanti Heat platform.
  • Integrating Ivanti Heat with other IT systems to ensure seamless operations.
  • Configuring and customizing Ivanti Heat workflows and processes to align with organizational needs.
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Ivanti Heatrelated issues.
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation for Ivanti Heat configurations and customizations.
  • Performing regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance.
  • Participating in software upgrades and patches for the Ivanti Heat platform.
  • Assisting in analyzing and optimizing the performance of Ivanti Heat configurations.
  • Conducting training sessions for endusers on Ivanti Heat functionality and best practices.
  • Monitoring system utilization and capacity to make recommendations for improvements.
  • Staying updated with industry best practices and trends related to Ivanti Heat development.
  • Managing user access and security within the Ivanti Heat platform.
  • Collaborating with IT security teams to ensure compliance and data protection.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
  • 3 years of experience as an Ivanti Heat developer or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Ivanti Heat configuration customization and administration.
  • Strong expertise in database management and SQL.
  • Experience in scripting languages such as PowerShell VBScript or JavaScript.
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues within the Ivanti Heat platform.
  • Knowledge of IT service management best practices and methodologies.
