Technical Skills Required:


  • Experience in technical documentation within a cybersecurity or software product company.
  • Hands-on experience with authoring tools, and advanced proficiency in GIT, XML, Markdown, DITA, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Proven experience managing documentation teams and delivering high-quality, multilingual documentation for multiple products.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity or software products, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise documentation.
  • Experience in managing and creating documentation in multiple languages.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.


Role and Responsibilities:


  • Create, maintain, and update detailed technical documentation for various software products in the cybersecurity and software product domains.
  • Author comprehensive product documentation, including user manuals, technical guides, and installation manuals.
  • Utilize advanced authoring tools and content management systems to streamline the documentation process.
  • Manage and mentor a team of documentation writers, providing guidance on best practices, documentation standards, and quality assurance.
  • Oversee and manage the creation of documentation in multiple languages, ensuring consistency across different language versions.
  • Work closely with product and development teams to document multiple software products, ensuring all technical details and product specifications are accurately captured.
  • Collaborate with consulting teams to gather, structure, and present content for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Use GIT for version control, XML and Markdown for structured authoring, and DITA for topic-based authoring to ensure streamlined documentation workflows.
  • Engage directly in documentation creation while also overseeing the efforts of junior writers.
