About the RoleAs a System Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering technical assistance to clients, conducting advanced issue analysis, and configuring monitoring tools. You will also collaborate with OEM and third-party support providers to resolve issues and provide exceptional customer service.Communicate effectively with customers both in writing and over the phone.Perform mid-level and advanced issue resolution across the services provided by the Managed Services team.Engage directly with customers to review service quality and provide regular service updates.You will work independently and proactively identify and resolve issues without direct instruction. Additionally, you will mentor and provide technical guidance to the Managed Services team.Key Responsibilities:Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.Troubleshooting: Conduct advanced troubleshooting of complex technical issues.Configuration: Configure monitoring tools and automation/improvement of common operational tasks.Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of technical issues and resolutions.Requirements:A high school diploma is required; a college degree is strongly preferred.Cisco CCNA/CCNP/CCIE certifications are highly desirable.At least 5 years of experience in a technical field with a history of providing customer support.Experience working in a 24x7x365 Managed Services or SaaS organization.
