PDI Application Support SpecialistAs a PDI Application Support Specialist, you will provide end-to-end support for PDI solutions used by major retail and petroleum clients. Key responsibilities include providing L2/L3 support, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting incidents, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth business continuity.You will support store operations, POS integrations, fuel pricing, inventory, and back-office processes.Troubleshoot configuration issues and integration failures.Document fixes, SOPs, support workflows, and known issues to enhance team efficiency.In this role, you require 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting PDI applications, a strong understanding of retail fuel/convenience store workflows, experience working with ticketing and monitoring tools, solid troubleshooting and analytical skills, and good communication and stakeholder management abilities.RequirementsTo be successful in this position, you must possess:A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.Strong technical skills with PDI applications and related systems.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.What We OfferWe offer a competitive compensation package that includes:A salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year.A comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance.A 401(k) plan with company match.About UsWe are a leading provider of PDI application support services.
