Job Title:Oracle Fusion HCM ConsultantJob Description:We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical/Functional Consultant to provide expert-level support for our enterprise business process area. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HCM modules, including Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruitment Cloud, Time & Labor, Health & Safety and HR Help Desk.The selected candidate will be responsible for developing best practices for effective techno-functional support, providing expertise in writing/debugging Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, Payroll HCM Extracts Fast Formula, and possessing strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.Required Skills and Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience as Oracle HCM Technical/Functional Consultant with expertise in HCM Modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management modules, Time & Labor, Health & Safety and HR Help Desk.Hands-on experience working on Fusion & exposure to EBS.Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions.Strong leadership skills to develop best practices for effective techno-functional support.Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.Benefits:Immediate to 15 days timeline.Full-time role.In-office, hybrid, remote work options.
