Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Time ConsultantWe are seeking an experienced consultant to implement and support Oracle Fusion HCM Time & Labor solutions.About the Job:The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing employee attestation at time clocks, integrating clock attestation data with Oracle Fusion using REST/SOAP APIs, and configuring T&L components such as Time Card layouts, Validation rules, Shifts, and device profiles.Responsibilities:Implement employee attestation at time clocksIntegrate clock attestation data with Oracle Fusion using REST/SOAP APIsConfigure T&L components including Time Card layouts, Validation rules, Shifts, and device profilesSupport Payroll/Absence processing using attestation dataTroubleshoot integration issues (APIs, mappings, data flow)Perform SIT/UAT and provide go-live supportRequirements:To be successful in this role, you should have:At least 5-10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Time & Labor implementationsStrong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM Time & Labor functionalityExperience with time clock vendors such as Kronos and UKGCompliance workflow knowledgeBonus Requirements:If you have experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other related technologies, that would be a bonus
