We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven program manager to oversee and manage central projects This role will serve as the primary liaison between different stakeholders, including Product, Marketing, Finance, AORs teams and internal data team, to ensure successful project delivery, smooth coordination, and alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in problem solving, project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make data-driven decisions to guide the team towards achieving key business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management and Coordination:

● Manage and oversee the execution of central cross-functional projects, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and key deadlines are met.

● Coordinate with product, marketing, finance, and other key teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.

2. Stakeholder Management:

● Serve as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders, keeping them informed on project status, key updates, and potential risks.

● Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and expectations are set and maintained.

3. Data-Driven Decision Making:

● Work closely with the Data team to extract, analyze, and interpret relevant data to guide decision-making and improve project outcomes.

4. Team Leadership and Escalation Management:

● Oversee daily operations of the team, ensuring smooth execution of tasks, managing resources, and removing roadblocks. Act as the escalation point for AORs, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

● Provide guidance, support, and leadership to team members, ensuring effective performance and professional growth.

5. Process engineering and continuous improvements :

● Continuously review and improve project management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness across teams.

● Create SOPs and standard guidelines for different process and key KRAs

6. Reporting and Documentation:

● Maintain clear documentation for all central projects, including timelines, deliverables, and key decisions.

● Provide regular project updates and status reports to senior management and stakeholders.


Key Skills & Qualifications:

● Education: Bachelor/Master degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. PMP, Scrum Master certification (or similar) is a plus.


● Experience:

○ 2-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a cross-functional environment.

○ Proven experience in managing and coordinating multiple stakeholders, including product, marketing, finance, and data teams.

○ Strong experience in leading data-driven initiatives and utilizing data insights to drive decisions.


● Skills:

○ Excellent project management skills, with the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

○ Strong analytical skills and experience working with data and dashboards to derive insights.

○ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders.

○ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex challenges under pressure
