Senior, ERP Technical Analyst

What will you do?Supports S4 solution configuration and technical development. Should be able to perform quality checks, code reviews and enforce industry standard development practices.Effectively engage with IT delivery partners and implements industry standard solutions leveraging the go forward platforms.Use extensive IT Development knowledge at domain level and supports change management and business adoption of technologies.Participate as a member of cross-functional development teams. Performs analysis of cross-functional and complex business requirements.Evaluate SAP roadmap, provide recommendations on tools, Software and implementation strategies.Technical CompetenciesExperience of atleast 1 project Implementation, Upgrade, Rollout, AMS etc., Excellent Technical skills in Reports, Forms, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements etc.Hands on with SAP ABAP, Web Dynpro, EDI, ALE, SLT, Fiori experience -one full life cycle SAP implementation experience. Experience implementing User Exits, Enhancements, Report and transaction objects, Scripts, BAPIs, internal and external integration technologies.SAP business process knowledge, ability to map business requirements to standard SAP processes with minimal or no customization.Experience in S4 HANA is a must.Well versed with Object Oriented (OO) concepts of SAP ABAP.Excellent knowledge of ABAP Debugging, SAP Code inspector & other SAP standard tools with respect to development.What qualifications will make you successful for this role?Bachelor's degree or equivalent or specific relevant experience.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.Ability to interact with SME's and other project team members in a project setting.Successful teamwork experience (collaborating on group/team projects).Shows dedication, discipline, commitment, Grit.Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements.Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies.Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and creative.A strong track record of educational success – references will be a plus   Let us learn about you Apply today.You must submit an online application to be considered for any position with us.
