Location: PAN India (Permanently Remote) Experience: Fresher (0–1 year) Department: IT Services – ERP Implementation Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic fresher to join our IT Services team as a Junior Analyst . The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of finance fundamentals , strong Excel and SQL skills, and basic knowledge of ERP systems . This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn how technology supports business operations and financial management in real-world enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities Write and execute SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyse financial and operational data. Support configuration, testing, and maintenance of ERP modules (Finance, Procurement, Inventory, HR, etc.). Work with Excel to create financial and operational reports, dashboards, and data models. Assist in troubleshooting ERP and data integration issues with technical teams. Collaborate with finance and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and prepare documentation. Participate in process improvement and system enhancement initiatives. Required Skills Strong understanding of SQL (data extraction, joins, groupings, subqueries). Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP, Charts). Basic knowledge of Finance and Accounting concepts (invoices, ledgers, reconciliations). Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar). Analytical thinking and attention to detail. Good communication and collaboration skills. Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Applications, Commerce, Finance, or related field (e.g., BCA, B.Com, BBA, B.Tech, B.Sc IT). Preferred (Nice to Have) Exposure to ERP implementation or support projects during academics or internship. Knowledge of Jira and Confluence Interest in learning business process automation or data analytics .
