At Raho Hospitalities, we’re on a mission to bridge the gap in quality stays for travellers who venture beyond the urban hustle. Founded in June 2022 by Sidharth Somana, Simona Mohan, and Gautham Somana, we create thoughtfully designed homestays in destinations like Coorg, Ooty, and Gokarna. As a Bengaluru-based startup, we believe travel should be immersive, affordable, and full of stories waiting to happen.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design Ideation & Creation: Develop designs that align with Raho’s unique aesthetic and vision.
* Content Development: Create engaging social media posts, edit reels, and produce video content.
* Offline Collaterals: Design branding materials, brochures, posters, banners, and other print materials.
* Illustrations: Bring concepts to life through custom illustrations that reflect our brand’s ethos.
* Brand Messaging: Convey messages effectively and artistically through innovative design.
* Aesthetic Focus: Ensure all visuals adhere to a high standard of aesthetics, maintaining consistency across platforms.
Required Skills:
* Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and the Adobe Suite.
* Expertise in Procreate for creating hand-drawn illustrations and digital artwork.
* Strong sense of design aesthetics and an ability to create visually compelling stories.
* Illustration skills to add a unique touch to the brand’s identity.
* Excellent communication skills to understand and translate briefs effectively.
