What you'll be doing:


  • Working closely with the Head of HR for India you will be accountable for designing and delivering an effective recruitment strategy for the India Region.
  • You will foster a culture that motivates and inspires the broader HR team, building your brand as a leader.
  • In this role, you will assist the business to create an effective talent strategy to ensure new and internal talent. You’ll use your networks with external organisations to help attract talent to the organisation.
  • Be an ambassador for change and development, encouraging progressive ways of working whilst building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You will assist the delivery of senior hiring across the India region and drive strategic initiatives as well as owning and directing regional TA operational activities such as data integrity in ATS, reporting and resourcing.
  • Lead and manage our Contingent workforce process.


About You:

  • You will have proven full cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience of overseeing a team or as part of a project
  • Demonstrated ability to perform in a fast-paced, professional environment.
  • Ability to establish credibility and influence with senior-level business partners through strong relationship-building skills, communication clarity, and proven results.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve key metrics such as (but not limited to) time to hire, candidate quality, manager satisfaction.
