Job Title: Senior Technical LeadOur Team is looking for a skilled Senior Technical Lead to oversee the development, validation, and maintenance of SDTM/ADaM datasets, TLFs (Tables, Listings & Figures), and submission-ready outputs.Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain datasets and TLFs for Oncology clinical trials. Perform end-to-end statistical programming activities. Support integrated analysis activities for regulatory submissions. Conduct safety and efficacy analyses.Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Developing edit checks, data review listings, and deriving specifications aligned with study requirements. Preparing programming specifications, data mapping documents, and validation checks. Collaborating with Biostatistics, Data Management, Medical Writing and Regulatory teams to ensure timely and quality deliverables. Ensuring compliance with CDISC standards, regulatory guidelines, and company SOPs. Supporting automation, process optimization, and QC initiatives for continuous improvement.A successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be highly organized, and have strong communication skills. Minimum 5 years of experience in statistical programming, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. Proficiency in programming languages such as R, SAS, and Python. Knowledge of CDISC and ADaM standards. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and analytical skills. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple tasks.
