About this role:We're seeking a seasoned Servicing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams, and delivering high-quality work within deadlines.Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams.Understand and interpret client briefs, ensuring clear communication and effective execution.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage campaigns from concept to delivery.Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.Prepare and present campaign reports, status updates, and performance evaluations.Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.Support in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative discussions.What we're looking for:1–10 years of relevant experience in Account Management / Client Servicing.Strong understanding of advertising processes and campaign management.Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player with a problem-solving attitude.This is an onsite-freelance position, and immediate joiners are preferred.
