Job Title: ORM Specialist

Location: BHIVE Workspace, Bengaluru


Key Responsibilities


1. Online Monitoring:

a. Monitor brand mentions across social media, review sites, forums, and news platforms.

b. Track sentiment trends and identify potential risks to the brand's reputation.

c. Manage Bing Business, Google My Business, Review Management, Bing Business, Glassdoor, Apple Business d. Review management in Social Media Platforms like Facebook, Instagram, , Twitter, Youtube e. Streamline business by listing on top aggregator platforms and managing them effectively to ensure accurate information, positive reviews, and increased customer engagement


2.Response Management:

a. Address customer queries, feedback, and complaints in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner.

b. Develop response strategies for negative reviews, comments, or PR crises


3.Analysis and Reporting:

a. Conduct regular analysis of online sentiment and share insights with the marketing and leadership team.

b. Prepare and present ORM performance reports.


4. Content Strategy:

a. Collaborate with the content and social media teams to create and promote positive content that improves brand image.

b. Suggest and implement strategies to suppress negative content in search results.


5. Crisis Management:

a. Identify and manage potential crises proactively by monitoring online trends.

b. Develop a playbook for ORM crisis scenarios.


6. SEO and Reputation Repair:

a. Work with the SEO team to push positive content and manage negative search results effectively.


7. Stakeholder Collaboration:

a. Act as a liaison between the brand and customers, understanding feedback and passing insights to product or service teams.

b. Collaborate with PR and marketing teams for holistic brand management.


Skills and Qualifications

• Min 6 years of work experience in ORM or related field

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Proven experience in online reputation management, social media management, or customer service.

• Strong analytical skills to assess sentiment trends and their business impact.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of ORM tools (e.g., Google Alerts, Brandwatch, Hootsuite, Sprinklr).

• Familiarity with SEO strategies and digital marketing fundamentals.

• Ability to handle pressure and manage crises effectively.
