Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology initiatives.The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong technical foundation, capable of managing a diverse portfolio of projects including CRM and ERP implementations, data analytics solutions, and custom software development.This is a hands-on role for a leader who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple technology projects from initial scoping and requirements gathering through to deployment and post-launch support.Develop comprehensive project plans defining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.Manage and oversee project execution for diverse initiatives including ERP/CRM system integrations, business intelligence and analytics platforms, and bespoke software applications.Serve as the primary technical liaison between stakeholders, product owners, and development teams translating business needs into detailed technical requirements.Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives while being adept at applying hybrid or Waterfall methodologies where appropriate.Monitor project progress using key metrics and prepare regular status reports for senior management and executive stakeholders.Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and align with the technical architecture and strategy.Mentor and guide project team members fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.Required Qualifications and SkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology or a related field.A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in technical project management.Demonstrable experience successfully managing large-scale implementation projects for CRM e.g. Salesforce Zoho and Analytics e.g. Power BI Tableau platforms.Proven track record of managing custom software development projects from concept to completion.Strong awareness of technology trends.Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle SDLC and expertise in Agile Scrum Kanban and Waterfall methodologies.Proficiency with project management software such as Jira Confluence Asana or Microsoft Project.Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams effectively.Preferred QualificationsPMP PRINCE2 or Certified ScrumMaster CSM certification.Prior hands-on experience as a software developer business analyst or solutions architect.A good technical background with an understanding of web and mobile application architecture APIs databases and cloud infrastructure AWS/Azure.Experience in a fast-paced high-growth technology company.
