Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Manager at Cyber Peak IT solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Kolkata. The role involves developing growth strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and implementing sales plans to meet targets.
Key Objectives
Market Research: Analyzing industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential clients and new markets.
Client Relationship Management: Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and offer tailored IT solutions.
Sales Strategy Development: Creating and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, including proposals and presentations.
Collaboration with Teams: Working closely with marketing, technical, and project management teams to align offerings with client requirements.
Networking: Attending industry events and conferences to promote the company and establish connections.
Performance Tracking: Monitoring sales performance and reporting on results, adjusting strategies as necessary.
Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related fields
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinking and ability to analyze market trends
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Experience in the IT industry is a must have.
  • Must have atleast 2 years of experience in said job role.
