Our Care Center, based in Bangalore, is staffed 24/7 by a highly qualified and trained critical care team that includes super-specialist doctors, nurses, dieticians, and pharmacologists. The clinical team uses our proprietary platform, RADAR, to connect to hospital ICUs to oversee and manage the care of critically ill patients across multiple regions. RADAR, built by our team of technology experts, incorporates automation, computer vision, real-time video, and data analytics to help expert care providers connect to and provide care to patients.


We have cared for >100,000 intensive care patients across >20 states in India and saved numerous lives.


JOB DESCRIPTION

Cloudphysician operates in a niche market segment offering high value product (RADAR) and services (Clinical ICU Services).

As Enterprise Sales Leader, your role directly contributes to Cloudphysician’s goal of becoming a global organization that is solving some of the hardest problems in healthcare delivery across geographies. You will be responsible for achieving growth in Cloudphysician revenue through acquisition of key customers in domestic and international markets, focusing on segments like Government and Corporate hospitals.

This will require a deep knowledge of Cloudphysician’s offerings, an understanding of customers’ needs, and building long-term, strong stakeholder relationships with the key decision makers and influencers. Your role will involve creating a sales pipeline, tracking sales leads, sending out proposals, deal closures and coordinating project delivery and collections. You will also work with channel partners wherever available and develop new channel partners for faster growth.


Key responsibilities:

  • Identify target institutions and map relevant stakeholders
  • Decide how to approach them, utilize Marketing, Inside Sales and other available resources
  • Create a yearly sales plan to set targets and to plan actions
  • Create proposals that leverage Cloudphysician solutions for maximal value and impact for the potential customers, manage deal to closure
  • Drive the project delivery, aligning internal resources to project timelines, escalating when necessary and involving senior leadership to ensure customer commitments are met.
  • Monitor the quality of overall organizational engagement, improve contact between internal service and customer teams to achieve the expected outcomes
  • Report regularly on sales results and expectations, market and competition and trends to align organizational response accordingly
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal stakeholders using agreed metrics
  • Develop and demonstrate expertise in negotiating contracts with key clients and ensure adherence to established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's short-term goals
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Develop network of influencers such as anesthetists, intensivists and administrators to ensure they refer our platform to other potential customers
  • With growth of business, hire, train and coach sales team members in achieving their goals & objectives


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: MBA or equivalent degree from a reputed University
  • Minimum 8 years experience, preferably including people management responsibilities
  • Experience in Multi-region sales
  • Experience in managing key stakeholders/KOL like Physicians and Surgeons
  • Strong clinical/IT domain expertise
  • Project management, complex stakeholder management
  • Desirable: Experience in selling IT systems/Virtual Care models in the healthcare space is highly desirable.
