The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building a talent pipeline, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. This role requires someone with a passion for talent acquisition and a proactive approach to sourcing candidates.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and craft effective job descriptions. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interviews, feedback, and follow-ups. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Promote Skyquest Technology as an employer of choice through positive candidate engagement. Assist with other HR-related tasks, including employee onboarding, documentation and employee engagement initiatives.
