Role: US HR GeneralistLocation: Onsite at Madhapur, HyderabadExperience Required: 3+ Years Job Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role:We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced US HR Generalist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with US Onboarding and managing day-to-day human resources operations and supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle. This role ensures compliance with federal and state employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day human resources operations and supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle.Handle onboarding paperwork with our clients and employeesEnsure completion of Form I-9, E-Verify, and other new hire documentation.Work with company insurance providers and benefit administrators.Maintain confidential employee records and HR files.Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate timekeeping and pay processingHandle employment verifications and status changes.Maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data integrity.Generate regular HR reports (headcount, turnover, etc.)Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial legal requirementsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in any degreeMinimum 3+ years of US HR Generalist experienceProficiency in HRMS portalsStrong knowledge of US onboarding documentationExcellent attention to detail and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and manage deadlines
