As an Internal Recruiter working for our recruitment team, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying and placing top-tier talent for our US-based clients. You’ll leverage your expertise in the US recruitment landscape, focusing on Contract-to-Contract (C2C), W2, and 1099 hiring. This role is entirely outcome-based, with compensation tied to successful closures, allowing you the flexibility and motivation to drive exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Sourcing: Use various channels (job boards, , networking) to source qualified candidates for positions across industries, ensuring a strong pipeline of top candidates for high-demand roles.
  • Screening & Assessment: Conduct detailed initial screens, skill assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidates meet both job requirements and our company culture.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closure, with a focus on quick turnarounds and high-quality candidate matches.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and build profiles of ideal candidates.
  • US Employment Law Compliance: Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, especially in relation to C2C, W2, and 1099 employment standards.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback, guidance, and updates throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in US recruiting, with a strong focus on contract hiring and familiarity with US employment types (C2C, W2, and 1099).
  • Timezone Availability: Ability to work full-time on US Eastern Standard Time (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST) to collaborate effectively with US clients and candidates.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Recruiter, job boards (such as Indeed, Dice, Monster), and other sourcing tools.
  • Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills; capable of conducting clear, persuasive conversations with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Outcome-Oriented Mindset: Self-motivated with a focus on achieving measurable recruitment goals, driven by both the base closure incentive and performance bonuses.
  • Adaptability: Able to handle multiple roles across various industries, quickly adapting to changing priorities and client needs.

Performance Metrics:

  • Closures per Month: Target of 10 successful placements to qualify for the monthly performance bonus.
  • Time-to-Fill: Ability to close roles quickly and efficiently without compromising quality.
  • Candidate Quality & Retention: Track record of presenting candidates who remain successful in their roles post-placement.

Compensation Structure:

  • Per-Placement Incentive: Earn INR 10,000 for each successful placement.
  • Monthly Performance Bonus: Receive an additional INR 30,000 if you achieve 10 or more closures within a calendar month.
