Delegate Acquisition Manager Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Delegate Acquisition Manager to lead sales outreach and drive delegate attendance for hotel guest experience forums across various regions.Sales & Outreach: Identify and secure delegates from hotels, manage outbound campaigns via email and phone, and meet monthly and quarterly delegate acquisition targets.The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in delegate acquisition, conference sales, or event management, strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication skills, proficiency in CRM software, and a goal-oriented approach. Background in hospitality, events, or B2B sales is highly desirable.Key responsibilities include:Building long-term relationships with hospitality professionals and providing excellent customer experience.Collaborating with marketing and events teams, maintaining CRM records, and supporting regional and virtual events.Researching new market opportunities and contributing to regional growth strategies.Requirements include: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
