Position: Real Estate Sales Leader

Experience: 7-8 Years

Location: Bangalore


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead High-Performance Teams: Build, train, and manage a top-performing sales team, driving a metrics-based approach to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
  • Engage HNI Clients: Develop strong relationships with high-net-worth clients through consultative selling, ensuring personalized, high-quality experiences that boost client satisfaction and conversions.
  • Drive Strategic Sales: Develop and execute sales strategies that maximize revenue, leveraging market insights and aligning with organizational goals.


Qualifications


  • 7-8 years of real estate sales experience, ideally with top developers.
  • Proven expertise in sustenance sales, managing high-value projects and HNI clients.
  • Strong analytical mindset, data-driven approach to sales, and empathy in client interactions.
  • MBA is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
