Senior Financial ManagerThis role will oversee and manage all core financial operations including accounts receivable accounts payable general ledger cost accounting revenue recognition and inventory management.The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial planning analysis budgeting forecasting and variance reporting a strong understanding of US GAAP federal & state tax regulations and compliance frameworks experience managing end-to-end accounting cycles including AR/AP GL inventory and financial reporting.Familiarity with restaurant/retail-style accounting structures is preferred Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance or related field CPA or equivalent US accounting certification is preferred.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage all core financial operations including accounts receivable accounts payable general ledger cost accounting revenue recognition and inventory management.Prepare and maintain accurate estimates invoices credit memos purchase orders bills vendor credits and reconciliations for both vendor and customer accounts.Calculate report and remit sales taxes and royalties ensure timely tax filings and documentation for vendors and accountants.Lead monthly financial closing and deliver accurate financial reports within defined timelines.Perform journal entries accrual accounting tasks and support external accounting firms for quarterly and annual tax filings.Monitor company financial performance generate assigned financial and operational reports.Provide financial guidance to leadership and coach junior staff on financial data to support better decision-making.Collaborate with auditors tax advisors and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with US federal and state regulations.Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain and enhance technical knowledge.Uphold organizational values and demonstrate strong professional and interpersonal skills.
