Job Title: Netsuite Financial Operations SpecialistDescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Netsuite professional to join our team as a financial operations specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily financial tasks, including bank and payment reconciliations, account analyses, and inventory management.Key ResponsibilitiesBank & Payment Reconciliation: Import and match daily bank feeds, set up automated reconciliation rules, investigate and resolve unmatched transactions, and create missing general ledger entries.Credit Card Expense Reconciliation: Import corporate card transactions into Netsuite, map transactions to expense categories and departments/classes, match credit card transactions to vendor bills, and reconcile monthly statements to general ledger balances.E-commerce Reconciliation: Match payments with orders, adjust for variances, review order totals against discounts, taxes, shipping, fees, etc., for Shopify, Walmart, eBay, and other online marketplaces.Home Depot EDI Reconciliation: Match payments with invoices and reconcile balance sheet accounts, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory & COGS, Deferred revenue, Fixed assets & depreciation.General Ledger & Financial Close: Perform monthly and annual accounting period close in Netsuite, review and post adjusting journal entries, and reconcile balance sheet accounts.Inventory & COGS Reconciliation: Match inventory receipts, vendor bills, and landed cost calculations, resolve variances between purchase orders, item receipts, and bills, and ensure correct costing method (FIFO/average/standard).Reporting & Automation Setup: Build saved searches for reconciliation workflows, create dashboards for stakeholders, and generate KPI reports on AR aging, cash flow, chargebacks, and profitability by channel.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in US Accounting principles/bookkeeping, Netsuite experience, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You should also be proficient in using Netsuite software, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
