Company Description

REETECH is a Texas, USA-based prominent provider of engineering, technology, and professional talent solutions, focusing on Data Transformation, CRM Virtual Assistance, RPO and Staff Augmentation. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Generation Specialist with a proven track record in engaging with the USA public/ private sector clients.


Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Lead Generation Specialist. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for conducting research, generating new leads, and effectively communicating with potential clients. They will also be responsible for sales activities and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified leads.


Qualifications

  • Utilize social media platforms and other channels to identify and engage potential clients, focusing on key decision-makers.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of leads through networking, cold calling, and lead generation activities.
  • Proficient with Digital Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Marketing tools.
  • Proficient with CRM tools like Sales Navigator, Hubspot, Apollo leads sourcing is a plus.
  • Provide support in creating compelling content and materials to attract and educate potential clients.
  • Track and analyze lead generation metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities.
  • Cold calling to prospective clients and present the client with our services.
  • Experience in the USA market and understanding of its business landscape.
  • CRM Automations to drive inbound sales.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation or related roles, in the USA IT services industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and experience in using them for lead generation purposes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets and goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
